Clearly, the higher alternative is to flip thing around and make it client-driven. But what is truly means by that? It means that focusing on what matter to the purchasers that is that the process. A few years ago once I was still a sales manager, I was facing a tough challenge from each directions; the .pany and my team. And on the salesperson aspect, their ethical was down because they still had to deliver the results or they can lose their probability to earn incentives and bonuses. It had been very painful. While other areas were worrying over the matter, I made a decision to take a totally different course of action. Instead of that specialize in the results and hammer my team to deliver them to me everyday, I wish them to concentrate on the method of selling. Instead of delivering sales figure, I want them to deliver customers call figure, promoting events figure, like how several talks and forum, and alternative promotional figures. I ask them not assume an excessive amount of of the results but specialise in doing the process. The result from that was very surprising. I personally believe, due to my specialize in method, the results finally be sure of themselves. The most effective half is; customers be.e a lot of supportive and trusting towards us. Many customers set to stick with us through those trying times and the simple reason for that was we have a tendency to added value to them.
